My kids were so fun to watch this year. Marshall was the funniest ever. He was so excited to see all of the presents. I was surprised by him this year. We have had our family gifts out for almost a month and he didn't touch them. But Christmas morning he saw all of his gifts and I pointed out which games were his and tearing into them he went. He would start opening one gift and get about halfway and see what it was so off to the next present. I think only about 1 present was open all the way, the train case. And as you can see the picture to the left is his new "cheese smile." It just looks so mean, but he thinks it is so funny and cute (which it is). Braxton and Katie were also so much fun, they loved every gift they opened and have so much gratitude. I am so lucky to have 3 great children even if sometimes they are a handful. Love you Braxton, Katie and Marshall.

Christmas came early this year

Christmas Eve pajama party
Its that time of year again when all the little children try to be so good, but yet they are so excited which usually makes them forget their manners and all of the rules. It's that time when we think of the things that are most special to us and the time most give the most. This year was a little different for our family. As most of you know we moved to a little town where there isn't much here, the closest family is about 6 hours away and with 3 kids and a working husband it seems almost impossible. Another change is that my husband doesn't just work full time but he works nights and extra hours all the time. The kids seem like they never get enough of him home. So this year with all of the changes we decided to do Christmas a couple of days early, which of course the kids didn't mind. I just hope they are okay on Christmas Day.

Christmas at the North Pole
We decided to take advantage of our 36 degree weather. We were able to go to Cody Park and spent about 2 hours there. The kids had so much fun and were so bundled up, I felt like they were Randy off The Christmas Story "I can't put my arms down." They had so much to do here, we stayed very busy. We were able to do the scavenger hunt and find all 6 golden geese, ride the rides (which the kids have been missing since September), ride the tractor hay ride and look at all the cute little huts decorated, see Santa (which Marshall still hates but loves the reward of a candy cane), and have hot chocolate and cookies. Hope you enjoyed the ton of pictures we took, we all had a blast.
